significant leadership roles within corporations, partnerships and nonprofit or
government entities. This honor roll is designed to call attention to women
executive leaders who have the business accomplishments that not only make them
role models for other aspiring women and men, but make them candidates to
serve on for-profit boards either now or in the future. They are also active in advocating and mentoring
other women to achieve their potential. “BDN believes it is important to highlight these women to draw more attention to the pipeline of successful business
women available as public and private board candidates” said Roxanne Douglas, President of BDN.
