Think About It
New Numbers About Diversity Among Board Members
The 2nd Quarter 2007 issue of Ethisphere Magazine cited a 2006 Public Company Governance Survey that the National Association of Corporate Directors conducted among nearly 800 directors of publicly-traded companies.  Forty-two percent of the directors believe there is not enough gender and ethnic diversity among board members and sixty-two percent would call their board “non-diverse” because there is no racial and nationality diversity present.
