Molly B. Burke

Since June, 1999 Ms. Burke has been the General Counsel for GE Energy Services in Atlanta. From 1995-1999, she was Counsel, Litigation and Legal Policy at GE Corporate Headquarters.

Ms. Burke is a member of the Boards of Directors of the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and Hands On Atlanta.

Prior to joining General Electric Company in July, 1995, Ms. Burke was a litigation partner in the Seattle office of Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe where she specialized in large commercial litigation. Ms. Burke was appointed to the Civil Justice Reform Act Panel for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She was very active in firm and bar association pro bono activities.

Ms. Burke graduated from Smith College, magna cum laude in 1976 and from Harvard Law School cum laude in 1982. From 1976-1979, she studied at St. Anne’s College, Oxford on a Fulbright-Hayes Scholarship. She is admitted to the bar in the States of Georgia, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Washington as well as the bar for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
