Kathy N. Waller

Kathy Waller is currently VP and Controller for The Coca-Cola Company. She joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1987 as a senior accountant in Accounting Research. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, she worked as a senior accountant for Deloitte Haskins and Sells Public Accounting Firm, both in Rochester, New York and Atlanta, Georgia.

Kathy is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York and her Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York.

Kathy is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the Catalyst Board of Advisors, the Board of Trustees of the University of Rochester and the Board of Trustees of Spelman College. Kathy also participates in the University of Rochester William E. Simon School of Business Executive Advisory Council, the Junior League of Atlanta, the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Association of Black MBAs and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. She is current president of the University of Rochester Alumni National Council and a past president of the University of Rochester Atlanta Regional Alumni Council. Kathy has previously served as the chair of the Atlanta Public Schools, Related Vocational Instruction Advisory Council, has served on the Trustees Council of the College for the University of Rochester and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Greater Atlanta.
